CATCH UP BASE FEE GUIDE

At our studio, we strive to make dance education accessible and affordable for everyone. That's why we have a monthly fee system that covers everything you need for the year, including costumes, performance videos, uniform items, and equipment.

If you join us later in the year, you might have missed some of these inclusions that were already covered in previous monthly payments. To help you catch up without having to pay for the full year upfront, we offer a catch-up fee that allows you to pay only for the missed inclusions portion of the lessons.

By using our monthly fee and catch-up fee system, you won't have to worry about any unexpected costs or last-minute bills for costumes or other expenses. This allows you to focus on enjoying the classes and performances, without any financial stress. We believe that dance education should be accessible and stress-free for everyone, and our fee system reflects that commitment.

Q: What is the purpose of the catch up fee?

A: The catch up fee allows you to pay for the missed inclusions portion of the lessons, which includes items such as costumes, performance videos, uniform items, and equipment. These inclusions are paid off over the course of the year, and if you join later in the year, they are not covered by your remaining monthly fees.

Q: Does the fee cover everything?

A: The monthly fee covers most items, such as costumes, performance videos, uniform items, and equipment. However, workshops, concert tickets, and special events are not included in the fee.

Q: Why is there no catch up fee in December and January?

A: We do not take enrolments in December and do not have lessons in January. However, having a payment in January allows us to divide the fees by 12 rather than 11 and keep the monthly costs down.

Q: Why do you charge a catch up fee while other studios don’t?

A: Other studios typically invoice customers for costumes and other items at the end of the year or around concert times, which can be very costly and stressful for families. Our monthly payment system was created to eliminate this stress and focus on the joy and excitement of our concerts. We also do not charge an up-front registration fee, and our catch up fee only covers the cost of your inclusions and is not an additional fee just to join.
