Time: 5pm - 9pm

For a 3m x 3m stall, the cost is $50 plus a prize donation for the raffle. A 6m x 3m stall costs $75 plus a prize donation. Food and drink vendors pay $30 plus 10% of their revenue.

We aim to provide a diverse market experience, so we limit the number of similar stalls. We will discuss and agree on acceptable limits with each vendor to ensure variety and fairness.

Each stall holder (excluding food and drink vendors) is required to donate a prize for our raffle. The prize should be new, in good condition, and family-friendly.

All stall holders are required to have public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $10 million to participate in the event.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to event. Note that the initial deposit is not refundable if cancellations are made after this time.

Yes, food and drink vendors must comply with local health and safety regulations and present necessary certifications and permits.
