NDIS & 3rd Party Payment Terms & Conditions Agreement
1. Parent/Guardian Responsibility
The parent/guardian is responsible for ensuring that their child’s plan covers the cost of classes and that payments are approved by their plan manager or the NDIS.
Off Centre does not liaise directly with the provider for payment approvals or disputes. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to follow up with their plan manager or provider for any payment issues.
2. Invoice Submission & Payment Processing
Off Centre will provide a monthly invoice for the outstanding amount, in line with our regular billing process.
A statement will also be generated from our system for your reference, but this should not be used for payment.
Payment must be made to the invoice provided via Xero, not directly through our system.
If the provider plan is self-managed, the parent/guardian must submit invoices for payment and ensure Off Centre is paid on time.
If the provider plan is plan-managed, Off Centre will invoice the plan manager directly, but the parent/guardian is responsible for following up to ensure timely payment.
3. Outstanding Balances & Declined Payments
If a providers payment is declined, delayed, or not processed, the parent/guardian is responsible for settling the outstanding balance.
Off Centre will continue to issue invoices, but it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure payment is made.
Failure to settle overdue payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of class enrolment.
4. Changes to Funding
If the child’s funding plan is changed, ceases to cover the cost of classes, or is no longer active, the parent/guardian must notify Off Centre immediately and arrange an alternative payment method.
5. Ongoing Enrolment
Continued enrolment in Off Centre classes is conditional upon timely payment. If payments are not received, the child’s participation in classes may be suspended until the account is brought into balance.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring payments are made in full and on time, regardless of any delays or issues with 3rd party provider funding.
